Up to 5 movement classes and up to 3 recovery sessions per week. Inclusions reset each week and don't carry over.
You can cancel or reschedule any class or recovery session up to 24 hours before it starts at no cost. Cancelling inside 24 hours, or not showing up, forfeits that session. To keep it fair for everyone, from your third late cancellation or no-show in a 12-month period each one also asks for a $20 donation to a charity of your choice. Genuine emergencies are handled case by case.
No lock-in contract. Your $99/week Foundation rate and inclusions are locked in and guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months, and you can cancel any time with 14 days' written notice.
Yes — you can freeze your membership for medical or travel reasons for up to 4 weeks in any 12-month period, with at least 7 days' notice.
Foundation places are personal to each member and can't be transferred, sold or shared.
